"The remote to the TV did not have batteries. I went to the desk she gave me batteries. The remote still did not work on the TV. The desk lady came to look at she could not fix it. They have a sign that says if something is broken your stay is free. That didn’t happen after asking they advised me they would refund me $20.00 which didn’t go to my credit card. They said I would have to contact Expedia because I booked through them. I will not stay there again the drain in the shower/tub was also not attached. The breakfast bar was pretty good! That was the best part of the stay! "

"Writing I recently stayed at the Rodeway Inn from March 27th–29th, and I had a wonderful experience. The manager, Rakesh Goswami, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of—his helpfulness truly made a difference in our stay. Our housekeeper was also exceptional, keeping everything clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I travel to Greenwood, SC on a regular basis, and after this experience, I will definitely be staying at the Rodeway Inn each time I return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay! I give it a 5 star rating for sure"
