"Staff was nice rooms are clean"

"Our stay at this hotel was lovely. The breakfast was everything we needed. It had a nice variety. I appreciated the fitness center. It was clean. The evening staff (Sienna) went above and beyond for coordinating rides. Our drivers were also wonderful. We cannot say enough good things about the transportation and front desk working with us. My only complaint would be that I had a pretty snarky front desk lady that was kind of rude at one point. The rest of the staff was great and helpful. "

"I enjoyed my stay in this extended stay suite which is head and shoulders above your typical extended stay. Everything from the room, amenities, parking, staff was a notch above what I've come to expect of an extended stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again."

"The pool was broken, and I wasn’t even informed during check-in, which kind of ruin the stay for the kids. There’s a ton of construction going on in the hotel. There’s three elevators and only one of them was operational and no service elevator for the construction workers to use so a way to get from any floor to the main floor was 10 to 15 minutes. The stairs are only usable for an emergency once you get to the main floor there’s a door with an alarm that goes outside so couldn’t even resort to use in stairs with the elevators being down. There were sugar ants all over our room. The breakfast offered was pretty much the only great thing about this stay!"

"If you want to be appreciated as a customer or a person, don't stay here. First words out of the check-in staff, ID. Not hello, not welcome. No mention about wifi or breakfast options. Didn't even know if I had to register my vehicle, until I overheard another traveler mention they didn't need one, while they walked by. I guess they trained their staff to be "efficient". Checked in promptly though, got my room keys and was sent off, no good night, have a nice stay... lol. Maybe he was having a rough day, or maybe he wasn't the clientele he likes staying here. Regardless, when you're paying to stay at a Hilton, I expect to be treated better than some roadside motel. And I guess, the friendly check-in agent really wanted to show us his hospitality, got the ground level room facing the road. And it's obvious this was one of their "emergency," rooms, based on the condition it was in. So in short, if you can care less about how you're treated as a paying customer, welcome to stay here, just ask for a room not facing the road."

"Ok for the cheapest room. Bed ok, fridge and microwave worked. No working cable.shower was good. But someone’s underwear was hang8ng in the bathroom,…from desk service was cordial and thorough."
