This was not our first stay at Sonesta Nashville Airport, although it has been over a year since our last visit. I don’t remember paying for parking before, so I was surprised by the parking fee. At check-in on 09/12/2026, we were asked if we had a vehicle and were simply told to scan a QR code to pay. Not every guest is comfortable with everything being digital. Why not give guests the option to scan or add the parking fee to their room? The front desk also needs better training. We were handed our keys with no explanation of our room location, breakfast, pool, gym, business center, ice machines, or other amenities. Having worked front desk at a smaller hotel, I was trained to provide this information without guests having to ask. The front desk is the face and first impression of a hotel, and simply handing out key cards is not good hospitality. On the positive side, the food and beverage staff were GREAT! We had dinner at Tap House Restaurant, and our server, Samih, was polite, attentive, and informative. Breakfast is in the same area, farther inside the restaurant, and the breakfast staff were also friendly and attentive. Overall, the dining staff provided excellent service. The hotel itself is fine and the food service team deserves recognition, especially Samih. Unfortunately, the front desk fell short and seriously needs proper hospitality and customer-service training.

People Were amazing and very kind to us. Best stay we have ever had anywhere. Place was amazing and beautiful. Greatly recommend this Mansion to everyone. And if you like breakfast, wow can’t explain the experience but was amazing .. thank yall

This hotel has the poorest water pressure and drainage. We stayed on the 6th floor and there wasn’t enough water pressure to rinse the toothpaste off of the toothbrush. It took water 35 seconds to come out of the shower head once turned on
