"Great staff on arrival and throughout. Room was spacious with pretty much everything you would need including a fridge and a coffee machine. There were also biscuits and a 2 Ferraro Roche. Huge star for that! Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Any requests or issues were actioned immediately. A few critique (which would not stop me staying at the hotel again: the shampoo and body wash were attached to the wall. I had a lovely hot bath but it was a struggle to reach the pump. Some body lotion would have been a nice touch. On the first morning I found the cooked breakfast to be a bit lacking but the French toast on the second morning was absolutely delicious and my daughter’s boiled eggs were cooked to perfection. There was also a help yourself continental breakfast. Sadly for the hotel on the second morning there was quite a substantial leak through the ceiling into the dining room. Not the hotels fault but huge buckets of murky brown water in the middle of the floor where you were trying to eat was a bit off putting. I would respectfully suggest that guests should maybe have been steered to the bar/lounge for breakfast during this emergency. Again, this is meant as constructive feedback and NOT criticism. "Overall, this place is very nice place to say very convenient located in Belfast. The service by the staff is very good It’s just I don’t think although know how to pour Guinness and I would skip the breakfast unless you like pastries and toast and some fruit because the bacon is undercooked the eggs are watery. The rooms are nice and clean and have great views of the river. Overall, very nice place to stay the food isn’t worth the price."

"A little disappointed with room it had ll the luxuries but no vie therefore it was so dark as both windows looked out onto other rooms ….a friend staying in a different room (on same booking) had great view and it was light and airy "

"Our room was on the 4th floor. No issue with that but there seemed to be a little cluster of rooms all quite close together. Again no issues with neighbours or noise. The room was just disappointing. A view of a brick wall and a yard meaning there was very little natural light in the room. The bed was also not the most comfortable. The desk seemed to be out of place and the bathroom could have been a little tidier. The food and staff were great in all honesty, pity the room tarnished it a bit."
