Gorgeous apartment

Me and my daughter stayed in the top apartment. It was absolutely amazing. Beautiful little balcony, with little table and chairs. Martin the houst was very friendly and helpful. Bus stop at top of Street and a few local bars. Would highly recommend and i will be back to this little gem.

Cute apartment. Came with small children so it isn’t really soundproof well for the neighbours below. Also, our apartment was at the top. Be prepare to carry your luggages up. Other than that, easy access around, communication with host is easy and neighborhood was pretty quiet when we were there.

Little Diamond in the middle of Belfast

I really couldn't fault this place. It was newly painted when we arrived. Me and my friends stayed here so we could go to the Ben Nicky concert. Martin was amazing host, friendly and attentive. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Lovely comfy beds. Two pizza shops at are door stop. And 3 little local bars with friendly locals. Martin we will be back. Thanks again 😁

We had an incredible stay at No 1 Luxury Service Accommodation in Belfast, Northern Ireland. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean and well-maintained everything was. The space was bright, modern, and spacious, offering all the comforts of home with thoughtful touches throughout. The location was ideal—just outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre, which meant we enjoyed peaceful, quiet nights and restful sleep. At the same time, it was only a short drive or quick ride into central Belfast, making it easy to explore all the city has to offer. One of the highlights was how conveniently located the accommodation is to local pubs, restaurants, and shopping areas. We found some great spots just a few minutes away on foot, which made evenings out super easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the WiFi was strong and reliable, which was a bonus for planning our outings. There was always parking, and the check-in process was smooth and professional. Overall, this was one of the best places we've stayed in Northern Ireland. It combines comfort, location, and quiet luxury perfectly. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Belfast who wants a relaxing and upscale experience just outside the city centre.

Great place to stay for Belfast city exploring

Really great place to stay clearly very new, The owner was really friendly and helpful. Felt very safe, quiet area lots of local shop nearby. Shower was amazing. It has a few little bits of snagging to complete to make it perfect. currently it could do with a few extra bits in the kitchen to make cooking easier such as sharp knives, chopping board and a few extra saucepans etc, but overall really great stay here.

A modern apartment with good facilities in a residential area close to shops and a bus route to city centre and not too far from Lanyon (Central) Station. (A 20 minute walk if you prefer to walk there). Very helpful owners.

Really nice.

It was really good. I received the email 24 hours before with details and instructions. Parked right outside. Selection of takeaways just a 5 minute walk away. Really impressed. So impressed, I think I will likely book here with my wife when we come on holiday to Northern Ireland. I actually preferred it to a hotel!

Amazing spot.

What a beautiful apartment. Me and my wife where in the top apartment, it had a balcony with amazing views. Its really clean 👌 and has everything you need in apartment. Washing machine and to use in communal. Fantastic Wi-Fi, netflix free. Milk, tea and coffee left for you in room. Martin and staff went out of there way to make sure we had a good time. Also very easy to check in and checking out.

Amazing spot

Me and my family had amazing time. We booked two apartments. They were lovely and clean. Just beautiful. Everything we needed was available, from Ironing to cutting board. Lovely park 5 minutes away, right beside lagan River. 10 minutes walk to centre of Belfast. Three smashing little pubs at my door step. And host went above and beyond for us. He sent mini bus to pick us up at train station.

A functional but basic apartment for a nights stay in Belfast. We did feel the listing description was misleading. The description of onsite parking (a main reason for booking) was incorrect rather there is street parking. The flat was as described up several flights of concrete stairs felt more like a student flat than a luxury apartment.

We arrived at 9 45 pm after driving 3 hours in a snow storm and no one was there to check us in. We knocked on the door and called the owner. Had to book another hotel. Next morning owner texted me saying he thought we weren't going to arrive because of the storm so he ignored his phone. Very frustrating experience. So far no refund either. Would never book this again.
