The hotel is beautiful and the rooftop is amazing, but no one calls that out at check in! We got an upgrade to an apartment style rooms were beautiful and fully equipped! I was very surprised that for a 5 day stay we didn’t get cleaning services included and had to pay 50/day for cleaning and 50 for valet (that was was often late).

Everything about this hotel was great! Only thing we found wrong was there was a unknown bug by the bathroom door. The manager gave us a 50 dollars credit and offered us for another room. We just stayed in the same room because it wasn't like it was bed bugs on the bed or something.

current location in a safe area staff was very accommodating, including the valet service and front desk. They offer basic food, water bottles , and soda cans popcorn, and chips complementary pretty much 24 seven as long as the supplies don’t run out It is a bit pricey, to be honest And it’s ridiculous to charge $40 a day plus tax, etc. for be parking, especially when it’s cheap parking close to the hotel. I just think it’s inconvenient, especially if you have a small kid and you need it. I feel like it’s taking advantage.

Beds are very firm and a deal breaker for me.
