"In most respects all amenities and staff exceeded expectations however I was there during a heatwave and the small fan did nothing to alleviate the heat the room, so I think a 9/10 is a fair assessment. I will definitely stay there again when in Swindon "

Even after he had picked up and said he was sending it, he still didn’t and we had to call him back again. This was all last minute. "I have stayed in many hotels but this was one of the best. The staff were very friendly and accommodating the hotel rooms here large and nicely decorated. The gardens provided a perfect setting for a late evening drink and winding down after a busy day. Yes there are probably, better hotels out there but for our stay this was a 5 Star event."
