Upon entering the apartment, the deco was ver tasteful and the technology with electric blinds and a mirrored tv were amazing. Its very specious and very clean.The best place I've stayed in.The location is walking distance to everything in Kirkby Lonsdale. The owner went above and beyond, checking we were happy with everything. 」

「They forgot for housekeeping. When I check out, I asked to keep my luggage, but they did not store, they just left at reception desk where i put as it is. No one took care, and I was lucky it was not stolen. Terrible and unbelievable.」

「Staff couldn’t do enough to help us. The room was impeccable quality. Our bed was comfortable, we loved the huge bath tub in the room and the welcome gifts and coffee machine added a nice touch. The only minor issues we found, was the room was extremely cold on arrival, however the room had its own thermostat which we were able to increase and quickly warm up the room. The automatic lights in the toilet and wash area were inconvenient in the middle of the night but easy to block out by closing...

「A clean comfortable and cozy place friendly and welcoming with an attentive staff. We stayed for 4 nights in late November and would stay again. The room was clean and comfortable if a little small, though the en-suite bathroom off an inside hallway didn’t have much heat and was freezing. (It seems the floor heater wasn’t working and the staff couldn’t fix immediately). Aside from that, no issues.
