Great hote. Super friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and well equipped studio apartment. Nice and warm in January. All amenities. Modern. Close to tube station, food, drinks and groceries.

The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.
