Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Was a birthday gift for a friend, had champagne and strawberries on arrival. Perfect, very thankful for the staff and the thought and effort that was put into our room.

The room was okay. We stayed for two nights to help with jet lag after a 15 hour flight to Sydney. Unfortunately, the room was considerably out of date for what we paid to stay here. The AC and power didn’t work unless you left a key card in a little receptacle in your room. The bathroom and bedroom had a weird smell, and the room wasn’t the cleanest. The staff and location, however, were impeccable. Quite frankly, the one reason it’s rated this high.

Staff were friendly, obliging and helpful. The rooms were spacious and there was lots of room to hand your clothes. Rooms including bathrooms were clean. The food at the restaurant was of good quality and service staff were lovely and friendly.
