"Room was clean, but things were broken or poorly fixed. The ac didn’t seem to work. I turned it down as low as it would go and it still felt like it was 75 and humid in the room. On checkout day room service knocked 2 times trying to come in and clean the room when we were not yet checked out"

"The property was under construction but the furniture was very old and I think they should close the hotel until repairs are complete "

"I never been bothered by housekeeping so much at a hotel before… Not only did they try to enter the room the day after I checked in without saying it was housekeeping with a quiet knock while I was taking a nap from a long travel day the nite before then today twice they kept trying to enter the room. First time around 8:30am( checkout is not until noon) then I tell them to not bother us and even with the do not disturb on they again tried to come in the room again without saying it was housekeeping about 10am!!! I would never come back here for just that issue alone.!! Train your staff to understand that.. the only good part of the stay was the nice lady in the restaurant who was kind enough to give me to go containers for my breakfast ( which was yummy too!) both days. She smiled and made sure I had everything I needed. She was awesome!!"

"Check-in was fast and easy, reasonable incidents fee, clean room , very comfortable bed and furniture. Clean towels and kitchenette. Welcoming. Very new hotel. Shopping walking distance. Pool area small but clean salted for warmth. 2 thumbs Up!! I would definitely stay here again. Oh quite!!"
