"Why I gave one star due to the facts is the room water issues. Either is a super cold or a steamy hot water. It’s not safe for my two young kids to shower either they’re getting sick or getting burn. I called the front desk and the maintenance gentleman came up to our room and couldn’t solved the problem. Unfortunately I have to returned the room keys within less than two hours since checked in. The staff were great and friendly. Unfortunately they’re full booked from what I been told from the front desk staff and this is happening on the weekday (Thursday 03/18/2026). "

"It’s a very unpopular Hilton policy to charge a considerable amount for parking in the hotel’s parking lot on top of the room cost. Few people arrive without a car, so it appears Hilton’s intention is to “nickel/dime” it’s customers."

"I recently stayed at LEGOLAND Hotel California in a Pirate-themed room, and while my kids were initially very excited, the experience started off on a disappointing note. Check-in is advertised at 4:00 PM, but our room wasn’t ready until around 5:30 PM. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem particularly concerned or apologetic about the delay, which set the tone for the stay. When we finally got to the room, one of the main pirate-themed curtain pieces above the headboard—something prominently shown in photos—was missing. This was a letdown for the kids. When we contacted the front desk, we were told that rooms re-furbished and nothing could be done, which felt dismissive. For the price point, the room itself felt quite generic, and there weren’t many standout perks to justify the high cost. While breakfast quality was good, the service was slow and disorganized. Guests were often made to wait in line despite several empty tables, which was frustrating. On the day of checkout, we requested additional towels early in the morning (around 7:00 AM) but were told to go to the front desk instead, even though towels were visibly available. This felt inconvenient, especially when we were just trying to get ready for the day. Overall, the experience was average at best. Given the price—around $600 per night—I expected better service, more attention to detail, and a better experience. There are likely better-value options nearby with more amenities and stronger service. "

"Our family coming from Vegas, had great experience, room very clean and smelled very good. No roaches or insects whatsoever. Nice guy with long hair at check in. No issues with bad staffing. I've been to some that are way worse this one tops all others. Would stay here again. "

"The staff was amazing- shout out to their Manager, Hanna and to Kyle who checked us in. My daughter was celebrating her birthday and they prepared a really nice birthday surprise for her- balloons, cupcakes, a really cute plushie and a thoughtful birthday card. They definitely made my daughter’s day extra special! All the other staff were also wonderful and helpful. The amenities were clean & well maintained and the breakfast buffet was really good with hot and cold options. Definitely will come back!"
