Laundry facilities out of order due to the card insert mechanisms on washers & dryers being removed by vandals. I even told the manager I had laundry to do and he didn’t say a word about them being broken!

There was a couple of cockroaches in the restroom. One being a pregnant one with the egg hanging off. Ran into a crevice in The floorboard. Room 269. There was also a couple of insects on the bed which were easy to spot because of the white sheets.

Every part of all idea categories horrible. My reservation of a queen bed wasn’t honored forcing me into a double bed room at check-in. Then a micro & fridge had to be delivered. When a double bed room was needed the manager made me move all my stuff out within 20 minutes and check-in after work that night to a disgusting handicap room in the front that didn’t have a micro or fridge which was my original check-in & payment. Neither rooms were clean at check-in. The first room was not cleaned the next day when I asked the before, staff except one male whose been there a while were horrible, no laundry could be done due to card mechanisms being removed by vandals from both washers & dryers and parking was not close to my room. The manager was rude, threatening and always in the back office making me and other guests wait each time I needed my door key card updated. One younger front desk employee even yelled at me that he had over 100 dirty rooms to be cleaned and couldn’t be bothered as he sat behind a low wall on the left. He told me I called him lazy when I told him the 100 dirty rooms wasn’t my problem I’m a guest. He also told me he’d been working there a year and a half as if that had anything to do with his lack of customer skills or him keeping his calm .

My wife our two toddlers and I traveled from Las Vegas 5 hrs got there at 1:30am My wife forgot her I.D. But had a photo of it Amy(Front desk worker) said that both Adults needed to have their physical I.D. or she would not check us in which I had mine and I was the one that made the reservation! We have stayed at many motels 6 and Hotels and have never had this issue before, Just wanted to check in and get some rest and Amy was rude and not willing to help us. Ended up having to sleep in our car because we could not find any vacant hotel rooms for the night it was 3am at that point. Worst experience I’ve ever had not to mention it’s was my Birthday!

The hotel is in serious need of general maintenance, drywall patches painted brfore they were sanded, grounds unkempt, walkways in need of pressure washing, mattress were wornout spring mattress on top of a plywood box. The place needs help.

I’m disabled and requested a first floor room. We waited 1.5 hours after check in time for a room and had to get a room on second floor. Very inconvenient and unsafe for me to go up and down stairs. Air conditioning did not cool off room.Let alone room was not available at 3 O’clock and was asked to come back after we just drove 6 hours there.

Waited 45 minutes in line to check in. Got to our room and it wasn’t cleaned, looked like someone had just left. We got downgraded because nothing else was available. The new room was horrible! Stains on bedding including a blood stain. Bathroom light made a loud noise while turned on. Rips in shower curtain. Water barely went down the sink. No extra towels or pillows available. Next day I was told that we could have our original room back because it was still checked out to us. We got to that room and it still wasn’t clean! The room also smelled like pee. Went to the bathroom and there was pee all over the floor, the towels and toilet. They told us they were completely sold out even though we had prepaid for two nights we had nowhere to stay the second night. The manager Chris is a complete A hole. Says the best he could do is offer me 50% off of a future stay. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again!

Just meh. Made a note not to stay here again unless very strapped for money. Liked that there was a mini fridge & microwave in the room. Liked that water was hot. Room was tiny with sad beds. Had a mildew/smoke smell to it. No toiletries available in room, minimal towels, no breakfast items. Coffee tasted horrible.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get any rest. The bathtub in the shower was also dirty, which immediately made the room feel unsanitary. AC was not working. The worst part was finding roaches behind the headboards of the beds. That was completely unacceptable and made the stay very uncomfortable. Cleanliness should be a basic priority for any hotel, and unfortunately this place did not meet that standard. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was not as clean as it could have been. The floor was very dirty. I stayed 4 nights and not once was my room.cleaned. also, the front office staff was not very knowledgeable about amenities of the motel. The good thing is it's in a great neighborhood and is very close to the beach. I wouldn't stay again.
