7.2/10 Good! (536 reviews)
Everything was great overall! The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway, stores, and many nearby attractions. The only downside was that we didn’t have a TV remote when we arrived, so we had to wait for one to be provided. Another downside was that there was no one available at the front desk when we were ready to check out. Besides those minor inconveniences, we had a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again. 10/10!

9.8/10 Exceptional! (109 reviews)
Great design, amazing staff, loud buzzing in my room for most of the stay. Staff tried to address through noise machine, but not appropriate for a 5 star hotel
