"Clean room, nice staff, good wifi and a/c worked well too. Overall the hotel was great, just what we needed and were very accommodating with our large dog. No fridge though. The only issue was the area was not convenient. The closest subway stations to the hotel were closed during the weekend so getting into manhattan was a pain. It was difficult to take our dog out since there was also a lot of broken glass on the sidewalks and not many grass areas. I would suggest staying closer to a dog park or park if you're looking to bring your dog."

"Nice hotel. Lobby is very lively with a bar, cafe, and restaurant. The cosy room is just that. It has a bed, a small area to walk around the bed, and a bathroom. Good for a nights stay. The staff at the front desk were not rude but didn’t put any effort to make you feel welcomed. Walls are thin so you can hear other guests in their rooms. Water pressure in the shower was good. Rooftop restaurant laserwolf was delicious. "

"The hotel itself is great. The room is spacious. The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly. There is rooftop restaurant called the Purple Room with a magnificent view. The only problem I had was not with the hotel but its location. The hotel is situated near a lot of bars, eateries and two of the nights I was there at 3-4 in the morning there was a lot of loud noise coming from obnoxious people in the street. I had to call the manager and ask him to call the police twice. Just beware. "

"We stay here every time we’re in NYC. Love it. The breakfast vouchers are helpful as well. We’re not ones to stay in the room much when we’re on vacation so we don’t require much"

"Heating was heating but was very loud So was everyone else in the hallway, door slamming, microwave beeping, I assume staff shouting in all morning hours Staff was rude, whole building and rooms smelled of cigarettes "
