Peaceful neighborhood home, spacious & cozy with plenty of beds!

"We were there with a family reunion of 4 with spouses and one 30 kid (8). Plenty of room and one bedroom of the five wasn't even used. Owner very responsive and came one time to replace a toilet which was leaking.The kitchen was a mish-mash of appliances and utensils. The blender was only the jar, but we had enough to cook for 8.There were only 3.5 baths, not the 4.5 advertised, but the upstairs crowd shared without fighting....Overall, it was a great place and very clean for the price.Space, space, space."

"Our family which included 4 adults and an infant under 1 stayed for a long weekend. The views from the backyard of the mountains were spectacular! The house was clean and supplied with everything we needed - including items needed for an infant stay. The drive to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain Ntl Pk is an hour, however worked well for our infant’s morning nap during the drive. Great location to do various activities around Denver, Boulder, Estes Park, etc. The owners were responsive with any inquiries. Would definitely stay here again in the future when the kids are grown to use the bunk beds! "
"Erie is the place to stay if you need to be close to the mountains but don’t want to pay Boulder prices! We had so much space to enjoy in this beautiful VRBO home. Parking is easy, Lucile’s is within walking distance, and all the amenities are close by. Sleeps up to 10!Picture is of the huge kitchen island and living room."

"1st VRBO experience. Everything was great except for the very steep stairs up to the carriage house. Not good for the mobility-challenged which we both are. Loved the many windows in the unit and the breezes coming through made sleeping enjoyable. "
