We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Mostly clean and really nice for couples. Staff was very helpful, scale available in room for convenience.
A lot of events taking place at the hotel, can make the elevators take longer.
Cons: Breakfast had limited options and was ok. Not what we expected a 5 star hotel to be like, there were little things were weird. The bathtub was not leveled not allowing the water to drain properly.
Overall not bad, would come again: 4.54 stars

Rooftop bar and Japanese restaurant closed. Gym poorly maintained(hot, no towels, water). Staff speak virtually no English. Lights in change room can’t be turned off so no blackout. Quiet and good location but that’s it. Better elsewhere.

Our room was amazing. It had a 180-degree view of the ocean and mountains. The room was big for a couple. The package with breakfast and two daily sixty-minute massages was well worth the money. Another must-try is the seafood buffet. The staff was friendly and went out of their way. The location is convenient. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Quy Nhon.
