「ハードウエアは素晴らしいが、ソフトウエアに改善の余地があるといった感じ。使い慣れた方には問題ないのでしょうが、まずチェックイン時に指定されたコードで部屋の鍵が開けられず、電話をしても、コードで開くはずだとしか言われず、しかたないので、再度同じようにコードを入れたら、すんなり開いた。設定忘れに電話で気づいて解除したのではないかと思う。ホテルにいるスタッフはミッション外とのことで対応してくれないので、自分で電話するしかない（電話代が3000円近くかかった）。英語がある程度できても、テキサス訛りを電話で聞き取るのは簡単ではないと思う。部屋に入るのはコードなのに、エレベータなどを利用するためにキーを持ち歩かなければならないのは面倒。コードかキーかどっちかにしてほしい。また、基本設備は整っているが、部屋によって、ふきんやスポンジがなかったり、洗濯洗剤がなかったり、空調が効かなかったりと、チェックイン前の部屋の確認が行き届いていない感じです。ロケーションは渋滞を避けていろいろなところに行けて非常によい。せっかくよい設備なので、いろいろな人が利用できるように、もう少しだけ頑張ってください。」

「Conveniently located near NRG Stadium for a concert I attended. Not too many restaurant options that were walkable. The condo was very clean and fully furnished. Everything worked fine and is located in a secured gated parking lot. Erika the property manger was very helpful and communicated well to ensure my stay went smoothly」

「The place is perfect for a family vacation. Clean, safe and overall fun. They have 2 communal pools and a big child water play area. The beach is a 4 minute walk. Overall a good experience. 」

「We had a few issues right after check in, but the host immediately went above and beyond to make it right! Customer service was top notch. And having the private access to the pool and beach so close was amazing!! It was only a few minutes to the sea wall, a few minutes to Schlitterbahn. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again!」

「Had a great stay at this place. Location was great for our trip to NRG stadium. Place was really nice and felt like a home. The bed was not very comfortable but we wete not plsnning to do much sleep.」

「We loved the loft!! We just wish the elevator had been working. Three flights of stairs with a two year old is a lot. But with that being said, the loft is stunning & I highly recommend it if you’re wanting to be close to The Strand like we were. 」

The host was extremely helpful, prepared a guidebook and everything was within walking distance with where we needed to go. 「This was our third time staying at the Lantana Guest House, we keep coming back to Port Aransas because we are obsessed with this guest house! One of our all time favorite short-term rentals we've experienced. We get to bring our dog, there's a hot tub, beautifully maintained gardens, a pergola. So close to the beach. Love just sitting in the back yard, feeling the breeze and the sounds of the palm fronds. Mark is so chill, everything feels like a breeze. 10/10 would recommend! 」

「We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. It was a great location as it was very close to the beach and pleasure island. However this is not for a family especially with a small child. It would have been good for just a couple’s getaway. We did have an issue with the water. The shower and all the sinks only had hot water. And when I say hot water like scalding hot. 「Our stay was all over wonderful and relaxing. 3 queens size beds, full bathroom, kitchen and living area. Was very clean and had everything we needed. It has a full ac unit, wall unit, And window unit so we were very comfortable temp wise. While the master bedroom bed was a bit firmer than expected the other 2 bunk beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again for sure!」

「This was the final part of an 18-day "Mountain" vacation. This part was designed to simply to kick back and relax after several days of hiking and high elevation activities.
