"There is no AC in the main living areas. This is a problem when the temp outside is 100+. We really couldn't enjoy the house because it was too hot to move around. We were confined to the bedrooms. If you are traveling in cooler months this is a great option. The living area is large and nicely decorated. Kitchen is fully equipped. Nice little courtyard with pool and a large 2nd floor patio. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is good. Parking available on the street."

"It was extremely clean , plenty of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Wi-Fi was excellent. Plenty of water pressure and hot water in the showers,which is hard to find in Mexico. The hosts were wonderful! So accommodating. I am looking forward to returning next year . One of the most relaxing vacations ♥️"

"Our stay in Merida had the bonus of a Beautiful, luxurious home. We felt very relaxed and at home. We felt like we were visiting some of our best friends while staying at your house. From the comfort of the entrance room, stepping on forward into the sitting area around the patio and then the pool ending in the entrance to the kitchen of the house felt very comforting and welcoming. "Excellent property! Clean, well maintained, A/C in common areas. 2 bedrooms on the main level in the main house- 1 king size bed-the other is a full . Behind the pool, there’s a separate house with 1 bedroom on ground level-full size bed-one bedroom accessible by spiral stair case-full size bed. All 4 bedrooms have an attached bath. No common bath. Home is BEAUTIFULLY decorated."

"The property, pool, beach are all as pictured. Modern home right on the beach. We enjoyed the pool after our beach walks. Netflix and internet always worked, property manager, Gregorio, was great. The town is further than it appears, you are “out there”, but that is the point. Mother Nature rules the roost, flamingo tour and mangroves of Sisal are amazing. We should all respect the nature and old ways of life in this fishing village without impacting the locals negatively. Palapa Soco- yumm!"

"we stayed at Tannah luxury rental town house for almost 2 weeks. Raymundo the owner was responsive and the property was wonderful. It has all the comforts of home with an roof top patio that we enjoyed every evening. It was easy walking distance to shops. We would and likely will stay there again next time we are in Merida. "

"The house is not fancy but it is a good value and the neighborhood is very cool. Grab some baguettes at the panaderia by the Ermita de Santa Isabel just a couple of blocks away and get food and drinks at the Autogiro Ermita Cantina a couple of blocks past that. You won't regret it!"
