"Room was really nice and clean and the area was a good area as well. The man at front desk was very very friendly as well. "

"My poor rating was due to the noise level of the air conditioner. It would make a very loud click sound when it turned on and off. It would turn on and off every few minutes. Finally I go down to the front desk at midnight and they offered to switch rooms, but there wasn’t a guarantee that the AC wouldn’t have the same issue. They’ve had many complaints before. It was very concerning that I was going to be driving 9 hrs the next day with maybe 3 hrs of sleep."

"We booked this hotel because it was advertised to be .3 from Truist Park. It is not. We were going to walk to the game from the hotel. Instead took an uber. Was very disappointed in this hotel. Will never stay there again"

"The staff was amazing & accommodating. The room was very clean, spacious, the bed very comfortable. We will stay here every time. The breakfast was also delicious, the gravy & biscuits yum! The women working in the restaurant area so delightful, & one gentleman notified her of 60 people coming down all at once…she didn’t bat an eye, just smiled & said she was ready! "

"Free breakfast was only coffee no food, that’s not breakfast. Pool was not open - was told it’s only open seasonally. Room was clean and everything functioned "

"The Bistro Burger in the lounge was surprisingly good. The only complaint that I had during my stay of a week was that the room air conditioner and the refrigerator could be rather loud during the night. But over all, the stay was a good value and I will stay here again soon."

"Hotels.com should remove this hotel from their options. I had this room booked for a month and when I arrived after a long day of driving, there was no physical person there, only a lady on a computer screen telling me that our room was canceled, and she couldn't tell us how or why. The Hotels.com ap did not show my reservation was canceled, nor did I receive a cancelation email. I contacted Hotels.com and they said it was not canceled on their end. The same thing happened to the couple trying to check in before us. No rooms avaliable. No manager to speak to. The place was deserted. Zero customer service. Don't waste your time booking here."
