Our units are dislocated in a 18th Century Villa and in the ancient "casale" (old farmhouse), which are fully restored according to the typical Tuscan style. Any damage to the property or its contents will be covered with security deposit;If after check out the property is left in critical conditions, or if the house keepers/cleaners will identify and report a difficult or especially dirty premises during the final cleaning, an extra cleaning fee will be charged from the security deposit (16€/ extra hour).
