「Messaged the property twice with no response at all. The apartment itself was beautiful, modern and comfortable, in a quiet part of the city in Santa Croce and it was amazing. No elevator but wide staircases for luggage. 」

The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. If there was one point of critique: I wish the listing had made clear the additional cost...

「Great apartment, modern, quiet and very clean; communication good too from hosts with numbers given to contact them if any queries turned up. It was centrally located and easy access of everywhere, restaurants and shops on your doorstep too! 」

「Our family of 5 adults stayed here and it was lovely. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood that is easily accessible to the city. There are plenty of stores within walking distance to buy supplies, and if you have a car (which we did) there was somewhere to park it during one stay. The villa is decorated nicely and has everything necessary for a wonderful stay. There are several stairs to access the villa. This was fine for our group but keep this in mind. Barbara was wonderful for check in...

The place is located very close to the Uffizi and the Pontevecchia and a wonderful place to walk and explore the city. The check in process was a little challenging because we were using different platforms to communicate (VRBO internal messages v. Whats App) but we sorted it out! beautiful interior and art ...highly recommended」
