「Alpine Lake Manor was a great fall retreat! The house sits on the lake, so we got a great view of the geese, ducks, & a beautiful great blue heron, along wirh the autumn color-changing leaves! The house had some great antique finds such as a hand made/sewn notebook, a wonderful vase ala Frank Lloyd Wright, and a window shutter wall hanging of the Raven by Edgar Alan Poe. 「ロビーに暖炉があり、ちょっとしたゲームもおいてあり、スキーロッジにいるような気がした。 フロント係もフレンドリーで笑顔の対応をしてくれた。 高速の出口からも近くで、グロサリーストアーも近くにあった。 ただし、価格と築年数からするとしょうがないところを除いて、 部屋のすみまで掃除機がかけられないとは思うが、カーペットの色が紺のため埃が目立つ。 また、カーテンにもカビが付着している。 そこらへんは、時々、点検した方がいい。 値段、朝食、雰囲気と妥当な所なのでもったいない。」
