"Overall experience was very good, but the air-conditioning needs to be worked on the rooms could have been cooler. Luca was the friendliest, very welcoming and warm."

"Great location walking distance to St Rita Basilica. Staff were very friendly. Fantastic views from the balcony. Manager took time out of his busy schedule to help us solve an issue with one of the nuns at the basilica. He didn’t have to do it but he didn’t want his guests to leave upset , although the issue was not with the hotel at all! We will definitely go back to the same hotel."

"Frederico met us for check in and made things easy for checking in a large party. The home is beautiful. Remote enough to have privacy but close enough to Todi for restaurant and shop access. The host provided local recommendations for grocery and pizza. The house is well stocked for dining at home. The pool is clean and cold which is perfect after a warm day exploring. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group looking for a get away to Umbria."

"Excellent location on our way to Naples. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. The room was very small. Next time I would opt for something bigger. The desk clerk spoke no English. I muddled through in ‘Italian’. The high point here is the restaurant. It’s worth going out of the way to dine here. Amazing food and the waiter spoke a bit of English. The menu was translated so not a problem at all. No breakfast."
