「Typisch britisch, kleines Cottage , gemütlich .Nicht geeignet für ältere , da die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern sehr steil ist .Darauf sollte man achten …Ansonsten sehr schön , in der Nähe kann man gleich einkaufen und in wenigen Kilometern erreicht man rye , welches man unbedingt besuchen sollte .」

「The property and garden are perfect if you have a dog. If you don’t , its clean and not at all doggy! We’ve visited several times and love it. Good proximity to an unspoiled beach and Rye nature reserve.」

「We enjoyed our short break in excellent accommodation, which was perfect for our needs. Clearly a lot of thought had gone in to the accommodation and everything had been finished to a high standard. We would certainly stay there again if we are in the area and would recommend to anyone who is visiting East Sussex, an perfect base for many local National Trust places.」

「Clean and warm cottage in the center of town, very quirky but a nice environment, it is on one of the few roads running through Rye so does suffer from some traffic noise although not too intrusive. Everything was in order on our arrival so all in all a nice place to stay. 」

「Loved staying here at seashore appartment ..amazing views of the sea ,lovely appartment with everything you would need .lovely walks along the beach ,highly recommend the boat house to have lunch and refreshments after a lovely walk, views from the balcony are breath taking ,And very nice owners ....And a lovely welcome pack ,wine and roses ...Definitely booking again 10/10 .」

「This little cottage is incredible! Absolutely beautiful setting, well decorated, immaculate condition and has everything you need at hand. The hot tub was perfect! The surprise addition of the homemade bread, butter, milk and eggs was much appreciated. We cannot wait to return 」
