The Space:

Two ensuite double bedrooms on the main level plus two singles on the mezzanine (steep ladder stairs - adults only). Double beds fitted with a St. Regis mattress (the same Simmons-built bed used in St. Regis hotels) and Centium Satin sheets, a smooth 65/35 cotton-poly sateen used across five-star hospitality. Gas fireplace in the living area. Full kitchen with dishwasher.



Guest Access:

Full private condo, keypad entry. Shared hot tub and gas grill. Ski-in/ski-out to Chair 7. Free parking across the street, pass provided. Galloping Goose shuttle nearby.



The Neighborhood:

The building sits steps from Chair 7 at the base of Telluride's ski area, with the San Miguel River trail running directly past. The free Galloping Goose shuttle stops nearby every 20 minutes and connects to the gondola and town. Clark's Market is a 5-minute drive. In summer the river trail and festival venues are equally close.

350 South Mahoney Drive, steps from Chair 7. Free Galloping Goose shuttle to town and the gondola.



Other Things to Note:

· Interior is dated and awaiting remodelling - priced to reflect this honestly.

· Mezzanine stairs are steep - not suitable for young children.

· No air conditioning; fans and humidifiers provided.

· Animals welcome. $175 sanitation fee. Advance payment. Do not allow animals on furniture or beds.
