Great Location and Garage Converted into Boot Room

The converted garage into a boot and ski storage room was fantastic. The side door led us right to the lift. Although it’s on the smaller side, the location and unit is one of the best ski options in Telluride.

Perfect location...the best in Telluride

Great property, wonderful 180 degree views and balconies on each level to enjoy them. Host very attentive. We will definitely stay again.

If you are serious about skiing this is the place

SO convenient to the ski lift. Great warm storage for ski kit. Easy acces to town with free bus at the door. Walking distance to supermarket. Cosy, warm comfortable accom. 3rd bed access a bit awkward.( no issue for us only 2 beds needed). Position, position, position!!!

Lovely location

Great location for a summer stay.Lots of trails for hiking. Short walk to grocery or downtown. Free gondola to Mountain Village and more trailheads close by as well. It was a bit warm on the 3rd floor of the chalet, but we spent very little time there, so it was manageable.

Great location

We had a great stay at this condo. It was perfectly located at the base of lift 7. There is no ac and we were there in summer so got a little hot during day and it was too hot to use the loft at night. The pictures make the place look a little bigger than it is but it was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Telluride is a great place to be in summer and we loved our stay (in spite of the construction next door)!

Great location & mountain views

Easy walk to shops & restaurants, great views from living room and deck. Had all essentials needed for our stay. Good for two people, might be a little crowded with more. Bathrooms are small and there is limited room for luggage. Our only issue was a lack of hot showers for most our stay.

Great location

We were a family of 4 and this space worked great for us, but it is relatively small and the loft space is very small. Our 14 year old son loved it, but I don’t think it would work well for an adult.

Perfect location

This place is a little gem. Perfect for the 2 of us. Right next to lift 7. Walked out garage door and on to the lift. It has everything you need. It is 3 stories so it has a lot of stairs. In floor heat so it is always super snug in the winter. Kitchen has everything you would need. The Galloping Goose stops just outside if you don’t want to walk. Downtown is easily walking distance and a grocery store is only 2 blocks away. The only thing I would recommend is putting some open shelves in the bathrooms. Bathrooms are the size of a closet and no place to put your personals. Bedrooms are also small. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy corner unit

Cozy corner unit with about a 10 min walk to the center of town. Don’t forget to ask for a parking pass if you have an SUV because it won’t fit in the garage

Good condo but very compact

The overall experience was good but the condo is very compact, especially the bathrooms. The condo was clean upon arrival, is well equipped for cooking and is stocked with toiletries. The ski-in/out was good unless you are not a great skier. There are no easy runs to get back to the condo, only a narrow intermediate trail or black diamond runs. So, if you aren’t a great skier you have to take the gondola and bus which takes approximately 45 minutes to get back to the condo. The loft is unusable unless you are a child. The views of the mountain are wonderful and the lift is right outside the side garage door, super convenient. The Galloping Goose bus drops and picks up right outside the complex which we used to go into town for dinner and to go to the gondola to go over to mountain village. This was a family ski trip, myself, my husband and our two 20 something sons. For our family this condo was just too compact, we felt we were on top of each other all week. I’m sure others would think the space is fine. The top floor stays very warm, we did not turn the heat on up there during our stay. We had to open windows to cool it off. We stayed in January and it was cold outside. I guess it is very well insulted, so keep the blinds closed on the top floor when the sun is out to try and keep it cooler. If you are a good skier and are looking for a ski in/out condo you will be very happy with the location.

Incredible Location

Can't beat the location if you're here to ski. The property was also beautiful inside and perfect after a long day on the mountain. Everything was clean and functional, and the owners took great care in making the stay unforgettable. The only negative was that when we booked our trip, one of our three main criteria was to have a private hot tub to rest and relax after a cold day on the slopes. The listing title mentioned "private hot tub" and they showed photos of it on the deck. When we arrived, there was no hot tub. When I checked the online listing, I noticed that "private hot tub" was removed from the title and the pictures of it were removed. They instead now stated that there's a common shared hot tub that can be used in the courtyard. I wish we could have been notified that this important feature was removed instead of finding out upon our arrival. The price wasn't adjusted and there was no communication back regarding this. Even though that was a disappointment, we would 100% want to come back here for another stay, and would highly recommend to friends or family.
