Overall the property was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The only area that we found dirty were the toilets they had not been cleaned properly since the last occupants of the room!

As we were getting ready for bed another family came into our room, unfortunately we just didn’t settle or sleep well after that. When I tried to call the number we were given we got no answer so had to walk to the pub to find out what was happening. Room was big, we liked that it was a single bed not a sofa bed. Pretty clean but tired in areas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Telford hotel
One night stay in Telford. Check in was ok but very busy and a little slow. Room was clean and comfortable. I didn't eat in rhe pub so cant comment on it. Check out is a key drop box. Good value stay though.

Great value for money. Checked in but due to staff shortages the check in manager was running between the pub and the separate hotel building-so a very short wait. The staff were brilliant throughout our 2 day stay and managed to book us in for dinner last minute as had no reservation and was busy. The room was clean, warm and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was good. But what I would say is for the room we stayed in (room 202) is that the hotel send a plumber out to tighten the pipe gland, as when operating the shower there were a few leaks that sent a very small couple of streams of water over the shower curtain and all over the floor-didn’t realise until getting out. Other than that-would recommend and would defo stay again. Thank you.

What a great place to visit. Room spacious and very clean. Staff friendly and accommodating. Food was lovely and a big thank you for accommodating the extended family for breakfast to finish off our family reunion. A lovely memory and we will be back again later in the year when visiting my elderly parents. A very big thank you 😃

Basic but comfortable
First time staying in this hotel group. Room similar to a travel lodge or premier inn. My room was ok but needed attention to detail to address some issues such as toilet roll holder missing but a hole on wall where is used to be, shower gel dispenser broken off wall, towel rail above bath hanging odd work. Also the bar (separate to accommodation block) shuts early at night at approx 1030pm. Breakfast was good except for no flora or non diary option for butter. Order due on the next day. I am intolerant to dairy. Would stay again without hesitation based on what we got for what we paid. Many thanks.

Comfortable room and clean. However drain slow to empty in bath and sink, shower gel holder off the wall, towel rail hanging off, and hole in wall where toilet roll holder should be. Surprised with this.

Shocking!!
Hotel for what it is, is nice enough. Check in staff were really good. Night porter was less use than a chocolate fireguard!! After listening to a drunk couple argue for 2 hrs at 3am I went to find the night porter. 3rd attempt at paging him he arrived. I explained what room I was in and that the couple had been arguing for over 2hrs and that she was now stating she didnt feel safe and wanted to leave. He then went and knocked on the door and just said "please keep it down others are alseep"!!! How is that checking on someone's safety? Absolutely ridiculous! I ended up having 4hrs broken sleep and I am not amused. I delayed check out for some day staff to be on but by 9am there was no sign and I had to attend an urgent appointment.

Great place to use as a base, very comfortable.
My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and found the whole experience excellent. The room was clean & tidy, well equipped and the bed was super comfy. The food and service in the Fallow Field pub was very good and reasonable value for money....all good!

Appalling behaviour from guests in hotel, kids running around at 2.00am banging on every bedroom door and running off. No staff available to complain to especially in the morning during check out. Will never stay again, will not be recommending

I was very impressed with the hotel and staff. Everything was very clean and serviceable. My only issue was the food I ordered for evening meal, which had to be returned as inedible. I was refunded but was left hungry overnight. I was offered a replacement but I had been put off. The service was superb, but the quality of meat and the poor attempt at cooking it, gave me no confidence in trying an alternative. A shame, because everything else was excellent
