Absolutely wonderful hotel, very well placed for travelling round the city.
Great staff and lovely breakfast options.
I had one of the suites with the living room/diner. It was an excellent space. Lovely comfy beds
Not suitable for people with mobility problems as there is no lift and it's four flights of stairs to breakfast. Beds also very high.

Staff persons ( SARAI & CYNTHIA) at the front desk were very courteous and even surpassed the customer service standards of this beautiful hotel at the heart of downtown Mexico City.
