"The accommodation was exactly as advertised and was great fun staying in a log cabin in the forest but with the added luxury of a TV, jacuzzi and Sauna. The husband and wife team running the accommodation were extremely friendly and helpful with regards places of interest and the resort was only about 25 mins from the Hula Valley nature reserve which is well worth visiting."

"Very nice hotel...but b/c it was off-season, breakfast was delivered and served to your room...which you would of thought was nicer. In truth, the breakfast in the dining room is much grander and lavish with more variety. Even though the breakfast delivered to our room was a generous portion of assortments, some of the items were not fresh.
Also - the parking situation is unacceptable. For such a high class hotel with premium rates, parking at the hotel should be complimentary. Instead, there is paid parking close to the hotel or free parking further away from the hotel...disappointing!
Aside from the food and parking situation, the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very polite and helpful."
"Mixed review here. The pros - spectacular hotel grounds, beautiful design, peaceful setting, amazing view. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. Breakfast was good. Pool is beautiful. The kids club is great and was a favorite for young ones. The cons - rooms are very basic. Nothing special about them. We chose the Iris room because we were told that it’s the largest. The room is indeed huge, but very poorly designed. Moreover, it’s a safe room, which means a tiny window for a huge room. Felt claustrophobic at best. We paid up "
