Front desk staff seemed annoyed or stern at times.
Not overly friendly.
I tried getting room service a couple times but couldn’t and front desk couldn’t connect me as it hung up both times I tried getting put through.

Great location near the stadium, but limited dining and amenities within walking distance. The on-site restaurant closed two hours earlier than expected, which was frustrating.
Staff and bellman were excellent, but the concierge was less helpful. Parking setup was tricky with an international phone, though convenient once working.
Rooms feel more like a residence (fridge, stove, pullout sofa), making it better suited for longer stays than short visit

It’s was average cleanness’s of a room; could be a bit cleaner. The walls were dirty. The bathroom shower floor was either stained or dirty. The staff were great. Great help. Staff was amazing. Everything else was mid.
