「Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking lot is small but closed inside gated place. Excellent communication with very friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Place is part of/next to archaeological site & walking distance to theater. Took taxi (called by staff) to Ortigia (4 adults less than 20 Euros). Worth the visit! 」

Great customer care and personality. Loved the room and view out the back window. Quiet, clean, comfy, and within walking distance to Ortegia and / or the hop on hop off bus. Great restaurants in the area. Highly recommend Crudo!」

「The hotel was truly lovely, clean and in a perfect location for all our jaunts; we were greeted warmly by all staff we encountered. The included Buffet Breakfast was varied and fresh. We did not try the in-house restaurant but the menu was very interesting snd upscale. I highly recommend the Caportigia Boutique Hotel and we would gladly stay again!」

「This property has it all! Parking, although not free, was close by and safe. The rooftop terrace we enjoyed immensely and the room was very nice. The island is loaded with restaurants and shopping, everything is within a short walk and very safe. We also enjoyed a boat trip around the island. Our host Manuela was very nice and friendly as well!」
「This was a two night stay. Loved the rooms but didn't like not having someone on site to assist with check in. Although, it was seamless communicating via WhatsApp to check into our rooms. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Syracuse. The parking is secure behind a gate and there were quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Plus there was a bus stop a half a block away for added convenience. 」
