"We rented the place for two days with Expedia and they had overbooked, due to some problems with the platforms (Expedia & Vrbo). The owner was kind and offered our family a upgrade with another apartment that was available (meaning I'm talking about another apartment).The place was gorgeous, and the rooftop terrasse is a real plus! "My son and I have stayed here twice. Both times the service was great, housekeeping wonderful. Having the bedroom separate from the kitchen/dining/living areas was great. A 24hr convenience store (OXXO) was just outside the front door, and a large grocery store was four blocks away. Overall, a great place to stay."

"Carlos was great about communication! The apartment is at an excellent location in the heart of Puebla. The apartment is very secure, it has a door that requires a key to get in, followed by a door that requires a code, not to mention that the entrance to the apartment building is locked at night. Not that the extra security is needed, given the heavy police presence, but it is good to have nonetheless."
