The property is secure, and guests are provided with a key fob to access both the building entrance and the elevator. CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the property, which adds an extra sense of security. The location is excellent, right in the CBD and within walking distance of the Sky Tower, bus and train stations, shopping areas, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Please note that you may hear some street noise at night, so if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this may not be the best place for you. Guests should bring their own toiletries, including a towel and slippers. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with useful appliances, and there are token-operated washing machines and dryers available. If you plan to spend most of your day exploring the city and simply need a comfortable place to sleep at night, this property offers good value for money. One suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the rooms and bedding. Modernising these facilities would enhance the overall guest experience, and I believe guests would be willing to pay a little more for the added comfort.

Had a fantastic stay at CityLife Auckland. The location is spot on, right in the middle of everything, so it was easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. The room was really well appointed with everything I needed, and it was spacious, comfortable and had great amenities. The whole hotel was also spotless, which always makes a big difference. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in Auckland. Highly recommend if you’re after a clean, comfortable hotel in a great central location.
