「This a lovely welcoming home in a beautiful natural rural location. The bedroom (and the whole house) was very comfortable with antique furniture and a nice collection of antique nick nacks and art. The mattress on our bed was on the firm side which may not suit everybody. All in all it was a very nice change from the usual utilitarian spaces. The owner is very thoughtful and responsive, and the breakfast choices were healthy fresh and delicious.」

「We arrived late after dinner in Gino’s a nice little Italian restaurant in Stonehaven. Michelle got us acquainted and quickly checked in leaving us a nice homemade tasty chocolate treat which went great with our early morning coffee. David “Bend it like Beckham” (kidding) greeted us for breakfast leaving a plate of Scottish Pancakes that brought back fond childhood memories. Breakfast was superb. 「The place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. However, it is one of the places with self-check in where you are entirely dependent on messages to access the place. Also, because of staff shortages you were directed to another property a few Km's away for breakfast. B&, we'll there was only one B, with a chatbot doesn't cut it for me. An unfortunate trend which seems to be taking hold.」
