The rooms are a little dated but very nice and very clean. The staff were lovely, especially at breakfast which was very good including buffet items as well as made to order eggs and Bun Bo Hue. The location is close to lots of food and beverage spots and is a short walk to the Perfume River. We should stay here again

We had a fantastic time in Banyan Tree with my family. The staff were super friendly and always available, the breakfast was amazing and the facilities were exceptionally well maintained. Since staying here, we now have much higher expectations towards hotels in the future, the bar is now set very high. We're surely coming back soon!

Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. Of note are the kind helpful staff which make the stay 5 stars. Spa set up is nice and we enjoyed our 2 massages. Expensive for Vietnam, especially the restaurant (which was quite good) but you can order delivery through grab - overall we really enjoyed our 2 nights.
