「Excellent location. Centrally located between theatre Royal carpark and the hoe. 5 minute walk either direction. Check-in details weren't provided until after 3pm so don't panic when you don't have them in the morning. Generally all clean and tidy. 「Right in the heart of the Barbican this is a lovely modern apartment in a historic looking building. I loved that the hallway and stairs that lead to the apartment, and the apartment itself were adorned with the artwork of a local artist. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay!」

「AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. 「Property was lovely and clean , only problem we had was, internet was not working at all and I would say that there should be a fan I. The property as it was so warm also the toaster didn’t work , but it was a lovely stay at millendreath as it always is」

「We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed the views and proximity to the town and beaches. We had some excellent food in Looe and were lucky with the weather. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the hosts were helpful and quick to respond. Overall, an excellent stay.」

「Amazing view, fantastic location, beutiful period property, easily accessible, Tesco express is nearby, as well as many restaurants. The apartment is spacious and clean with well equiped kitchen and comfortable beds. We even had milk in the fridge on arrival! And Alexa for kids. On the downside, really minor points, the windows outside were not clean and unattractive bleach stain on armchair. 」

「Was easy to communicate with the host and they were also really quick at responding. The apartment was clean and there was everything you could have needed there. 」

「The accommodation was disappointment. Not only did I find that there was an addition £12.50 to pay for parking at the property, which was not specified in the booking. The property is clearly advertised as having doors that open from the lounge to the outside sea front. On arriving at the property I found the doors from the lounge locked and no key available to unlock them. When calling the reception I was told that they had been locked for "security" reasons and could not be opened. It appears...
