"Rachel was a phenomenal host. We had a lovely time. Our room was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was super delicious and locally sourced. Endlessly charming B&B and we hope to return!"

"I was very fortunate to find this listing late in the season for my three generation family and my 10 pound Havanese-poodle. The property is just as clean and lovely as listed and more. The host, Debra, has all the comforts of home waiting for you, extra sheets, blankets, dishes, etc. Plenty of deck chairs on each level for taking in Cayuga Lake scenery and of course watching the kids on the shore below. The property has three separate buildings with an incredible deck and stairway system connecting all of them. Full disclosure, there are many, many steps from the main house down to the water. And many, many going back up again. But it is worth every step. We will definitely book here again."

"The view was absolutely breathtaking. The kids loved swimming in the lake, it was really nice having access to the lake. *Be prepared for a steep walk down stairs to the lake. We also used the state park parking pass one day, which was very convenient to have! We were there during an unusual heat wave -over the 4th of July, and it was insanely hot (high 90’s!). There was only one AC unit in the bedroom with one bed, and it broke! It woke us in the middle of the night, dipping water and blowing hot air. The cottage is small, and it would be easy to cool with a mini split AC unit (it would be great if they added that!). I will say, they had 3 box fans that really helped. Our other recommendation would be to fix the dock. It’s so nice having lake access but the dock was completely destroyed/ non existent- but still there and pretty dangerous (rusted metal poles and broken wooden planks). Easy checking in and checking out - with an early check in provided. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back."

"The house itself was cute and accommodating for our larger group. If your tall, you couldn't use the shower on the first floor, but we made do. The major unfortunate note, it smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. It was extremely bad in the front first floor bedroom. Otherwise we had a good stay."
