"The pool was broken when we arrived with no prior notice and was told I should have called. A friend did call and they said it was working. Given Canada games centre passes which was okay but a complete annoyance with the kids on March break. The phone in our room had no buttons just holes where buttons were. The elevator was broken. The breakfast was good and the staff polite but disappointing property overall."

"We found everything amazing except for one important item which was the pillows. We love having four pillows but they should have included two softer pillows along with the more firmer pillows that were provided. Other than that we had an amazing stay as usual. Thank you so much! "Shared livingroom was clean & tidy No ridiculous noise levels (yes I heard talking and music but wasn’t over powering) Room was clean and shower. Perfect little getaway ! I can’t wait to come back in the summer and utilize the deck with its perfect view of the lake across the street. Easy to check in !"
