Tateyama - Murodo Trail

12th floor onsen view was truly breathtaking. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. Candeo Hotel was a great hotel chain with high quality amenities. Parking was free and very easy. Thank you for the great stay.

This is a great escape from the city and offers many options for enjoying the area or if you have younger children, many play facilities are available. Staff is great as always at any Hoshino facility.

Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this.
