Absolutely incredible and relaxing experience. In such a convenient location as well, next to a huge mall and multiple restaurants.
Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. I would gladly come back here next time I am in Kumamoto.

Great hotel to stay in Kumamoto. It's near the Kumamoto castle, Sakura-no-baba Josaien and the sakuramachi shopping centre. The hotel has a lot of on-site amenities such as a public bath and a restaurant. Staff are helpful and attentive.
