Peu honnêtes !

Le réceptionniste nous a affirmé ne pas avoir notre réservation mais nous à de suite payé un taxi et réservé une chambre dans un autre hôtel! Il était pourtant 13h15 et avions bel et bien notre réservation ! Il nous a fait croire que la piscine ne fonctionnait pas face à notre déception. Je lui ai alors dit ok pour changer d hôtel si nous pouvions venir nous baigner ici et là il a dit oui bien-sûr et la piscine fonctionnait tout d un coup. Inotre réservation d une seule nuit ne semblait pas les arranger !
