"This spot was amazing for its location and accessibility. Tanya and Shane were utterly incredible and kind, and we really enjoyed the both of them. We stayed to be able to ride our bikes on the Queen Charlotte Track and surrounding area, and I thought it was the perfect spot, especially with there being a bike wash on property. The stay was quiet and peaceful when we desired it to be, but also alive when we wanted to go biking or out and about. Both Tanya and Shane went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had all the local knowledge we needed. We enjoyed an extended talk with Tanya, and we really enjoyed her. I would definitely suggest staying here. "

"The staff were incredibly helpful. One of them, in Picton before we got on the ferry, told us how to see the bioluminescence, which was fantastic. The young man who took us around to feed the animals and the marine biologist who told us about the marine life on the viewing platform were incredibly knowledgable. The room was pretty and we had a good view if we sat outside. We also loved the hammocks and the glow worms."
