"While we visit the area quite often, this was our first stay at the Historic Inn. Our room was just the perfect size for the two of us and we even enjoyed the outdoor seating in front of our room. Parking here is amazing. Unfortunately we had family obligations that prevented us from using the bar and lounge area, we were sad about that, but next time :) We will definitely be back."

"Beautiful hotel situated on lovely grounds with trees and paths. King bed was comfortable with nice linens. Balcony was pleasant. Room was heavy on animal skins and hallways are lined with antlers, so if you're not into that, beware. Large bathtub looks great (and it was), but a bit treacherous to step out of. We enjoyed drinks and appetizers in the bar, which is very nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Can't speak to the spa amenities, but they look inviting."
