Philip was incredibly helpful and organised everything for us, from airport transfers to visits to the hot springs and Mount Yasur volcano. "We stayed only for 1 night but we loved it, everyone is kind and very helpful if we were to visit Tanna again we would stay here longer, John is lovely and everyone maintaining the bungalow does their best to help you to enjoy your stay. It has everything you would need in a place. If you book ahead of time contact them for any tours they may have, they're honestly very kind and welcoming. "i was made to wait for three hours and was eventually told by the hotel staff to cancel the reservation as they claimed not to have received payment. we had to book another hotel last minute! really bad experience with the lava view bungalows."

The dining area, overlooking the grounds and ocean, was a lovely place to relax and play cards with the family. The trio of cheeky kittens were an absolute highlight and doted on by every tourist."
