「We loved our two-night stay at Glowing Mountain Tree House. It was such an authentic experience and felt like a real adventure! Philip was incredibly helpful and organised everything for us, from airport transfers to visits to the hot springs and Mount Yasur volcano. The tree house is within walking distance of the entrance to the volcano, which meant we were able to visit twice—an amazing bonus, especially as the weather was much better on our second visit. 「We stayed only for 1 night but we loved it, everyone is kind and very helpful if we were to visit Tanna again we would stay here longer, John is lovely and everyone maintaining the bungalow does their best to help you to enjoy your stay. It has everything you would need in a place. If you book ahead of time contact them for any tours they may have, they're honestly very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was complimentary and was delicious. Thank you for everything!」

「The fatal flaw was that the actual location of the treehouse was different from the map on Expedia. This resulted in more travel than necessary. Also, there was no wifi and the shower was broken. The staff were wonderful.」
