Hotel médiocre
Tres mauvaise experience!!! Chambre avec poussière, mauvaise odeurs.... Impossible de se doucher sans mouiller le parterre car pas d'isolement des douches tout se mouille. Chambres faites apres 17:00 et oubli des serviettes a chaque fois. Pour aller au cabanon pas d'acces direct oblige d'enlever les talons

A RENOVER
Vue exceptionnelle Personnel à l'écoute ,malheureusement les chambres se sont détériorées ,pas digne d’un 5 étoiles , le petit déjeuner de meme nul (on a du le prendre ailleurs ) . Il faut en urgence rénover cet hotel ,c’est dommage !!

je ne recommande a personne d y aller à cet hôtel , j’ai passé le nouvel an la bas avec ma sœur , j’ai pris un bungalow 1- ils m’ont donné un dans le dernier bout de l’hôtel dont la porte ne se clôture pas ainsi le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionne pas .. après deux réclamations à la réception , ils nous ont envoyé un technicien qui n’arrivait pas à le clôturer donc ils nous ont changé de bungalow avec un autre plus pire .. le canapé était plein de trous de cigarettes , et la surpuise sur le gâteau , la lumière s’est coupé , j’ai appelé le service de réception , la première fois m’a répondu que c’est du à la carte , j’explique au monsieur que la carte de la chambre est branché , il me réponds par merci de ressayer encore une fois .. environ 20 min , la lumière n’est pas retournée . Là quand je lui ai rappelé . Ou es le technicien ? Il me répond avec froideur .. normalement la lumière doit se retourner .. quand j’ai explosé à lui au téléphone .. ensuite il envoie un technicien et ils nous ont changé vers un autre bungalow .. ce dernier était bien , il m’as dit que c’est rénové .. mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi le monsieur des la première ne checke pas les états des chambres avant les distrubuer .. ensuite celui-là aussi le télécommande de la télé ne fonctionne pas .. je suis parti à la réception , je demande à la réception , vous pourriez svp régler ça . Y avait une dame brune .. elle me répond en froideur ok j’envoie quelqu’un .. personne n’est arrivé ..

La chambre devait avoir une vue sur la baie et 48 mètres carrés de superficie J’ai malheureux constaté que c une chambre plus petite avec vue sur le parking et une vue partielle sur la mer mais pas la baie de Tanger qui est de l’autre côté. Je suis descendu à l’accueil mais en vain. Un commercial est venu me voir pour m’expliquer que l’hôtel était complet et qu’il fallait appeler avant. La soirée à minuit il y avait encore bcp de bruit au bar de l’hôtel, je n’ai pas pu dormir que grâce aux stops bruit… Tjrs la même chose avec les hôtels; on n’obtient pas ce qu’on veut…

This property is far from the city centre and your stuck there if no taxi comes, which happens often and no one call you a taxi so your stranded there. The room we had for two days was soaking in water outside the bathroom door and we complained several times and nothing was done. When we called reception for the numerous problems we had, we only ever got a response when we went to the front desk.

I was given 2 towels for a family of 4 two adults two kids, when asked the front desk to sends us some we were told th exchange the towels we had use for the new towels.. not nice

Hotel rooms were nice and ours had a nice view. We had some difficulty getting wash cloths, but that was our experience in our travels outside the US overall. Staff was very kind and gracious. Breakfast was good and there were nice views at the breakfast restaurant and by the pool. All the restaurants were not open but there were still good rating options. Not many vegan options, but there were some especially at breakfast. They were able to make accommodations at on of the restaurants that we went at the hotel. This may also be specific to the region.

Je confirme tout les avis que nous avons lus auparavant. Incompétence, nonchalance, accueil froid, indifférence face à nos problèmes. En arrivant le bungalow n’était pas prêt pour quatre, il n’y avait pas de draps ni de serviettes, le badge d’entrée ne fonctionnait pas, pas de wifi, pas de télécommande de clim et pas de solution avant le lendemain. J’ai également été choqué par la saleté des jardins autour des bungalow et de la piscine c’est honteux de laisser autant de déchets traîner. Les seuls choses positives à souligner sont le personnel du petit déjeuner et la vue magnifique sur la mer depuis les piscines. Ce n’est clairement pas le niveau d’un 5 étoiles et c’est vraiment cher payé pour cela. Dommage vu la situation il y’a un potentiel intéressant pour cet hôtel !! L’accueil à la marocaine c’est plus que c’était:-(

I wouldn’t give even 2 stars property in very poor condition toilets smell and most toilet equipment broken i complained and they moved me to another toilet and it was even worse than the first one lifts broken most of the time and we had to use stairs Carpet very dirty in the room and corridors Worst hotel been ever It looks like they don’t spend any money on rippers ever I don’t recommend
