They gave us 2 separate cabin numbers with the same entry code. After not being able to get into either we went back to the tiny "security hut", where a man was not happy to have to get up to talk to us. He told us he can't help and to call a number listed on the hut for Expedia travelers. They gave us correct cabin number and entry code. We get in and its nice, looks like pictures but definitely has a black ant problem but nothing awful. That night and the next we were woken up to people trying to get in our cabin that were also given that cabin number for their stay. Bathroom also had many bugs coming out after we would shower, they were very very small and would cling on to the towels and anything wet. On our third morning of a 5 night stay we were woken up at 730 am to people actively going under the crawlspace of our cabin and many other men who where working under or around the cabin. We were not given a warning about this. We decided to leave that morning, luckily we had family we could stay with close. We have been trying to get a hold of the Resort since the night we checked in. No one was ever in the office on site and no one has returned our calls or the calls from expedia requesting a refund or correction. It has been almost 2 weeks with no response. This was such a privacy issue for us. I would not recommend this place if you care about privacy or ants or bugs that come out when wet.
