Large beautiful property

Let me start out by saying that this is a large and beautiful property. However, the listing and amount/size of beds is not correct. It only has Bedrooms with an extra bed in a loft area (no doors or privacy)Master bedroom - 1 king size bed2nd Bedroom - 1 full size bed 3rd Bedroom - 1 full size bedLoft area (no door or privacy) - 1 queen size bedThe house itself needs a good cleaning. It’s not horrible but it’s not hotel clean. Towels are old. Rugs were dirty. Dishes were lacking and dirty. Living room TV remotes didn’t work. It did have stocked for your use….dish soap, dishwasher liquid, garbage bags, toilet paper.So the experience had great things and some not so great things that can easily be fixed for the next guests.

Great Pool and Quiet Neighborhood

The pool was a perfect size for our family of 6 that was there and it was heated! There is a deep end that is about 6.5 feet which was great for the kids. Note that the house says sleeps 8 people, but tables and plates and bowls were set up for 4 and we had a party of 6. We did have to go buy bowls and plastic cups so everyone had enough. The listing is not correct on the sight. There is 3 bedrooms and a loft areas. The two bedrooms have 1 double bed each and the loft has a queen bed. Warning: The master bedroom has 2 steps to the bed and then two steps up to the bathroom. There is only 1 king size bed in there. The view from the pool area is great-there is a small pond and we saw lots of ducks, an osprey and other birds. The booklet was not out so we had to search for it-it would be great to update that what to do with trash, towels etc. Lots of Stores, restaurants and mall were within 10min drive

Vacation Rental

Everything was as posted. It is a good neighborhood. Nice area to go for a walk. Quick drive to any supermarket. The pool is heated and screened in. It is a very enjoyable place.

The house was very well stocked, plenty of bedding, garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper. The pool was wonderful. When it wasn’t warm I messaged the owner and he fixed the problem right away and it was warm. The owner let us check in early because we flew in on a red eye and were exhausted and just wanted to clean up and rest. So appreciated that. I have back issues and always worry about beds, the beds were comfortable and didn’t hurt my back. We had a wonderful time

Family Trip to Tampa Area

The house was a great set up for us. Very nice master suite and bathroom. 2 additional bedrooms with doors as well as the lofted room with an additional bed left plenty of space for everyone. The private pool was awesome and the water temperature was great. The child safety gate surrounding the pool allowed us to spend time outside without having to worry. We had a problem with the A/C early on in our trip and the host had a company out to repair it right away. Would highly recommend this property.

Great family vaca home

Very nice spacious home in a very nice neighbourhood and perfect spot for the event we were attending. Beds were very comfortable. House is supplied with everything needed. Owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries or requests and very accommodating. Would for sure stay again if we return to Tampa.

Florida Fun

Family stay with 2 younger children. Had a great time in the pool, visiting beaches and other activities. The property was close to what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We had one small issue with a shower handle. The owner responded very quickly and the problem was resolved. Would recommend this property to families who need a larger home.

Nice house with screened in pool

The house was overall nice and our younger members really enjoyed the pool table and screened in pool. Manager was extremely prompt with answering questions. Area was in a quiet neighborhood close to the freeway.

Relaxing get a way

House was very clean when we arrived. Well stocked with just about anything needed. The heated pool was especially nice overlooking a pond filled with ducks and other birds. Peaceful neighborhood . Hope we can return again. Really enjoyed our interactions with Jose the property manager.

Wonderful home

The property was very clean .Pool was great ! Very quiet neighborhood .The only down side was the bed sizes that were only full/double size that were not mentioned on the description. We had prefererred queen size beds .

Home away from home

The house is clean and well kept. The bed in the master bedroom is confortable. It was nice to have our morning coffee outside beside the pool and admire the nice view. Very quiet neighbourhood, Did have to contact the host and he was nice and helpful.

Wonderful communication!

Thank you for a wonderful Christmas vacation stay. When we arrived in Tampa it was unusually cold, we went to the house and noticed it was cold but thought maybe the heat just hadn’t been on as it is not normal to need heat. After waking up the next morning and the house was still cold I messaged Carlos. He was incredible and had his property manager come by promptly… turns out the heater was broken but that was no fault of the owner. The property manager was very nice and brought a space heater for us to use temporarily. Overall the house was very nicely cared for. The stairs are a little steep if you have small children or older people in your party but again nothing that would keep us from staying here in the future. The pool was great and warm! We really enjoyed our stay.

Just like the photos—even better!

The property was exactly as it was shown in the photos. And to top it off, the owner had everyday supplies that were so handy during our stay so we didn’t have to buy every little thing to get us through one week. The property was clean, in a great neighborhood and close to Busch Gardens and just a short drive to Orlando and Clearwater. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful, relaxing vacation spot

This is a beautiful and well appointed property! Our kids loved the pool and pool table, and it was so peaceful sitting on the enclosed patio by the pond. We’d definitely stay here again!

A home away from home!!!
