An Uber ride away from all tourist attractions, famous restaurants and nightlife is just a couple blocks away. Safe to come and go at all hours. A 5 minute drive to the Airport, upscale shops of international Mall and most famous Restaurants in Tampa like Ocean Prime. Saint Pete Beach is a 20 minutes drive away! (Please let us know if you are heading to the beach we can lend you beach chairs and umbrella). 20 min away from Bush gardens. 10 min away downtown Tampa.

Fantastic!

Process was easy and host was kind. clean place and had everything we needed for a short stay. Also super close to the airport. The ONLY issue was mosquitos, but there’s really no getting around that in rainy Florida weather.

Perfect place for a trip to Tampa Bay

Excellent location, very near all things to do in Tampa. Hosts were excellent. Small issue with shower but it was fixed super fast. Would stay here again.

Super close to airport for early departure

Backyard is cute with hammock, outdoor kitchen and loungers. Bed was comfortable and just enough space for a quick stay.

Perfect stay for the night!

Just close enough to Raymond James for an easy trip! We loved it and plan to be back for our next concert or event! Maria is a wonderful communicator and we had all we asked for. Will be back!

Very clean and quiet

My stay overall was good and I really enjoyed the large shower. My only complaint is that they should add window curtains at the window next to the bed because the outside lights are extremely bright and it made it difficult to fall asleep otherwise it was a very nice stay

Great location to walk to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Stadium. Close to many restaurants and shopping.The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Fast response from owner.A downfall was being able to hear the tenants in the other units.We would stay again for a football game.

Overall satisfied

I would definitely stay again! My only comment is I wish the curtains on the french doors were wider because a lot of light came in at night from the outside light of next door people on property and additional privacy. Otherwise it was comfortable and quaint for me and my partner in a convenient area. Thank you!

The host was great communicating and helped when I had trouble with the website. The room was small but attractive. It was unusually cold and there was only a small space heater. The room could have used a chair to sit on to put on shoes or read. The only chairs were high tops. For a short stay near the airport it was fine.

Very cozy place

It was well decorated, very conveniently located, easy drive to all places local We wanted to visit. Only issue is the air unit, very noisy; and the outside light which is located out the window right beside the bed. We shut it off, someone would turn it back on, we would shut it off, someone turned it back on. It was a constant issue. I am light sensitive so it was very aggravating. There is about 6/7 small studio apartments located in this building so theres no telling who it was. Other the that it was very enjoyable

My review

I liked the place because it looks exactly like the picture shows but you must change that mattress to a modern foam mattress. It's like 300 on Amazon and also put a LVP over that tile floor. Everything else was great. I like the size of the shower. Great for two people to shower together.

All just as described. Location is convenient. Very clean and pleasant. Quiet, no noise. The backyard under the patio cover is quite relaxing with eating area and hammock. Recommended

Wonderful room

We came from Melbourne to Tampa to watch an afternoon baseball game. This place was close to the stadium and easy to get to. The space is very open, bright, and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect for an overnight stay for two people before a cruise. Bed was VERY comfy and it was nice to relax in the hammocks outside.

I’ve stayed here before, it wasn’t too bad last time either. They have repaved the driveway and look like remodeled the outside a bit to make it look nicer, I appreciate that. I stayed in the back suite this time which was adorable but when I came back after working the 3rd day of being there, both hosts were around the building that day, standing outside my door while I was trying to go in and unwind, they were messing with a table or something and banging on the sliding doors with it after I went in. I don’t think it was intentional but it would have been nice to have a heads up. I believe they went in to clean as well in the other suites and it was very noisy. My only other issue was the toilet, it is a very small area. It was fine for me but if you are a bigger person or prefer more room to move around this may not be a good option for you.
